Re: JINI's 4th Lesson outline
Hi Hyojin,
This is an interesting lesson outline in that you target the area of non-verbal communication. I'm not sure if it works as the sole broad objective for a lesson, because I think non-verbal aspects of communication work as sub-objectives that could then form one of many specific objectives for a variety of different communicative situations. I think a better general objective would have been "incorporating physical gestures into spoken interactions" or something like that, because gestures alone are not the exclusive focus of your dialogue or the activities that are applied later.
However, I think the 'noticing' section of your lesson was very well targeted to gestures. Very practical and creative!
The drill, enunciation and discourse awareness activities were well designed in terms of materials to give to the students, but I would have liked to see more detail and creativity in terms of how they are explained for application in the classroom.
A good effort, in any case.
Best wishes,
~ Jason

aha...
Right.
I thought very narrowly.
Your feedback is so helpful, of course.
Well, actually, if I wanna be more creative, then it goes to a little unrealistic direction.
I have to practice more and more.
Thanks, Jason!
